Stepping up my burger game and learning all new ways to make turkey burgers. Grilling Season is just around the corner so I got started with this new recipe. This is 21 day fix approved as well :)

Ingredients:

- Reduced fat Greek yogurt

- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 4 garlic cloves, chopped ( you will be using 2 for sauce and 2 for burgers)

- 1/4 tsp dried dill weed

- 1 lb 99% extra lean ground turkey

- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped

- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- 3 cups of Spinach, chopped

- 6 tbsp reduced fat feta cheese

- 1/2 whole grain gluten free bread crumbs

- 1 large egg

- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1/4 medium cucumber, thinly sliced (for top of burger)

Directions:

1. You can start by preparing the yogurt sauce. Combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic cloves (2), dill weed in a little bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

2. Preheat Grill

3. Combine turkey, onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, feta, bread crumbs, egg, oregano in a large bowl. Mix well with clean hands :). I was able to make 7 patties out of this.

4. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or if you have an inside grill like me it covers both sides in 5-6 minutes. Mine is similar to a George Foreman just bigger.

5. When done, top with yogurt sauce and cucumbers :) Enjoy a side of veggies to go with it if you want!
