No Bake Protein Balls

If you are anything like me, in the middle of the afternoon I normally want something sweet or a piece of chocolate. If I don't make myself a bowl of fruit with coconut strips I go for this chocolate ball that is absolutely delicious and healthy ! Check it out.

What you need:

- 2 scoops of Chocolate Shakeology or any chocolate protein powder that you have at the moment. ( I was also thinking vanilla sounded good too! I'll have to try that one next).

- 1/2 cup Almond butter (or peanut butter, whatever you like best)

-1/2 cup of raw pure honey ( Getting your honey from the farmers market is your best bet :))

- 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut strips

-1/4 cup of raisins

-1/4 cup of crushed up almonds

Put everything in a big bowl and stir together. I added a little bit of unsweetened almond milk because it was too dry. The honey I used also was WAY more sticky than normal so when I rolled them up into balls I put almond flour on my hands to make it easier. Sometimes it really is best to ditch the spoon and just stir it and mash it with your hands, just make sure you have clean hands :)

When you are done, store in the fridge.
